Kathy Dolan, owner of Mont-Ro has been caring for skin for 26 years. She has been trained in the Mont-Ro facial technique, chemical peels, micro-needling and is proficient in face/body waxing. Kathy shares her mom's philosophy "Beautiful skin is for everyone"

Kennedy graduated from Belbo Beauty Institute in February of 2023. She comes from Marshall, Texas, and is beginning to build her esthetics career. Kennedy suffers from a condition called perioral dermatitis. Perioral dermatitis is a condition that causes red bumps and peeling on the face and can be triggered by foods, drinks, makeup, and skincare. She understands the frustrations that skin conditions can create and understands how all skin types react to various ingredients. She is extremely passionate about helping her clients feel confident and comfortable in their skin. Kennedy specializes in dermaplaning, nano-needling, facial treatments, lash lifts, brow lamination, waxing, and tinting.
